Our votes have power
Let’s Leverage them for justice
We pledge not to vote for parties complicit in genocide. Stand together. Take action.
One pledge, two outcomes:
There’s Power in Numbers
Your pledge strengthens a growing, nationwide movement to end Canada’s complicity in genocide—both at home against Indigenous Peoples in Canada and abroad in Occupied Palestine. By building collective power, especially in swing ridings, we send a powerful message that voters are united for justice, liberation, and reparations. Together, we can shift the conversation across so-called Canada.
Accountability Starts Here
Your pledge pressures Liberal and Conservative MPs in swing ridings, signaling that their seats in Parliament—and their parties’ power—depend on ending complicity in genocide. It also signals to smaller parties like the NDP, Bloc Québécois, and Greens that adopting anti-genocide policies can help them secure or maintain their seats. Together, we demand real change.
Canada cannot reconcile with Indigenous Peoples at home in Canada while supporting israel as they commit land theft, ethnic cleansing, and genocide of the Palestinian people.
We’ve developed 8 actionable demands for our elected officials. These demands reflect a baseline for justice and accountability. Meeting them isn’t about perfection; it’s about political will and prioritizing anti-genocide actions. These demands align with Canada’s legal obligations as a UN member state and under international law. By evaluating political parties against the criteria in our Accountability Scorecard, we can hold them accountable and ensure that votes don’t support those who turn a blind eye to genocide.
